Stanley Boyce Nsemo has been declared the winner of the All Progressives Congress, APC, House of Assembly primary for Calabar Municipal State Constituency.
Mr. Nsemo was announced the winner today, in Calabar.
He scored 42 votes to defeat Ekpenyong Eso, who scored 2 votes while Richard Ambo and Glory Edim recorded 0 votes each.
