A leading All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant in Cross River State, Engr. Ben Akak, today, April 25, consulted with members of the Cross River State House of Assembly.

Engr Akak, while presenting his blueprint before the members of the 9th assembly, said his administration will expand on the already existing infrastructural development and natural resources in the state to make the state more viable.

He explained that as a registered Engineer,  he understands what it means to locate, stabilize and consolidate on the existing projects embarked upon by Governor Ben Ayade.

Describing himself as one who has experienced what hunger is, the governorship aspirant said this is the reason his administration will operate a people oriented government.

The Speaker State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Eteng Williams while commending the governorship aspirant for his visionary approach to leadership, assured him of the support of members of the assembly.

On his part, the Leader of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Peter Odey applauded Ben Akak's understanding of the enormous challenges and opportunities which abound in the state and envisaged approach in tackling them.
