FIFA World Cup Song: Davido Unfollows 2baba, Wizkid, Timaya, Patoraking For Not Congratulating Him

 

Nigerian afro-beat singer David Adeleke popularly called Davido, has unfollowed Wizkid, 2Baba, Patoraking and Timaya after failing to celebrate him on his latest achievement with the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Davido made history and made Nigerians proud as he, alongside Trinidad Cardona and AISHA, sang the 2022 World Cup soundtrack titled ‘Hayya Hayya’ (Better Together).

Taking to the microblogging platform Twitter, Davido said he is honoured with the feat, adding it is a win for Africa.

Many fans and music lovers storm social media platforms jubilating and praising Davido for making Nigerians proud.

However, his colleagues such as Wizkid, Burna Boy, Olamide and others failed to congratulate him or put up a social media post celebrating him on the achievement.

The singer who has heard enough of the hate and spite in the industry as clicked the unfollow button for many of his colleagues.

Hours after unfollowing Wizkid, Davido unfollowed 2baba and others.

A check on his Instagram page shows that he is no longer following Yemi Alade, Pantoranking, and 2baba.
