A Philanthropist and Chairman of Bengies group of companies, Engr. Ben Akak has congratulated the Cross River State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Barr. Alphonsus Eba and members of his executive council on their swearing-in into office by the Caretaker Chairman of the Party,
Barr. Eba was inaugurated alongside 34 other state chairmen by Governor Mai Mala Buni-led Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee at the Party’s National Secretariat in Abuja on Thursday.
Engr Akak, who is a major contender for the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Cross River State, in a congratulatory message, assured the new chairman of his unflinching support and loyalty, while wishing him and his entire Exco a successful tenure
He said:
"Please accept my warm congratulations and best wishes on your receipt of certificate of return as the duly elected Chairman of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State, and as you prepare to take up the responsibilities and challenges of your high office.
"As you embark upon your new responsibilities, I wish to assure you and your newly inaugurated State executives of my unflinching support and loyalty at all times, and wish you a great tenure in office as you bring pride and glory to our beloved party.
"I look forward to joining hands with you and your State executive members to deepen the APC message in Cross River State and take the governor's industralization message to all nooks and cranny of the state.
