The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has declared the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Jude Ogbeche Ngaji as the winner of Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency bye-election conducted on Saturday, February 26.
Chief Ngaji defeated Hon. Mike Usibe of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who came second in the closely contested election.
The APC candidate scored a total of 22,778 votes while the the PDP candidate scored 20,590 votes.

Christiana Chigbe Ilop (Labour Party) - 84
