A man, identified as Chinedu Mabia was caught in the popular Ariaria Market in Aba, Abia State.
According to eyewitnesses who spoke with GRASSROOT REPORTERS, he pretended to be handicapped untill someone who knew him saw him begging for alms and raised the alarm.
He was nearly mobbed but for the intention of the police.
