A Kenyan man identified as Evans Mutugi has filed a lawsuit on Monday 8th November against Maura Medical center in Nairobi Parklands for allegedly being subjected to an inhuman surgical procedure by his alleged ex-girlfriend Rose Kagwira who is one of the nurses working at the hospital.
Reports said Mr. Mutugi stated that he was rushed to the facility for emergency medical attention after a motorcycle accident on Saturday 6th afternoon.
It was at that point that his Ex-fiancé Kagwira attended to him.
In the lawsuit filed through John & K company advocates, Mutugi is now demanding sh 6.4 Million in compensation.
