The Cross River State Water Board Limited (CRSWBL) says it will commence the enforcement of payment of water bills by customers/clients from Monday July 20, 2020.
The board also said the enforcement is coming after three months steady supply of the water to customers in the state.
It called on all customers and residents to present evidence of payment of their water rate bills.
A statement by the board added that:
"The enforcement exercise is expected to be led by the Managing Director of water board, Chief Victor Ekpo.
"As part of effort to ensure success of the exercise the Board held a training on Saturday for it's staff on revenue generation".
