A 300 level student of the Department of Physics, University of Calabar, Darlington Augustine was on Saturday electrocuted in Calabar.
Grassroot Reporters gathered that the deceased went to visit his girlfriend and a high tension electricity cable from the Portharcourt Electricity Holding Company (PHED) fell on the parameter fence in the compound leading to his death.
Late Darlington who is an indigene of Rivers State was in Electronic and Computer Technology (ECT) unit of the department.
