A fresh graduate of Zoology and Environmental Biology (ZEB), University of Calabar, Maxwell Enudi Lucky yesterday committed suicide by taking a poisonous substance, Sniper.
The young Maxwell who graduated last month was yet to defend his final year project which is scheduled for next month.
A classmate of the deceased who preferred not to be named said he did not show any sign of depression.
"He was our class representative. He was a hardworking and cheerful guy. I can't believe he took his live after all the stress in school"
The motive behind his action is yet to be ascertained.
