VIDEO: Cross River State Governor And Deputy Dancing 'Soapy'

A video of the governor of Cross River State, Prof. Ben Ayade and his deputy, Prof. Ivara Esu dancing to Naira Marley's 'Soapy' has emerged on the internet.

The video which was posted by the governor on his Facebook page on Saturday showed the him dancing alongside his deputy at the Northern Cross River Festival (NorthFest) which took place at Ogoja.

Many has condemned the 'Soapy' dance, with some describing it as immoral and capable of corrupting the minds of young people. Some said it encourages masturbation and oral sex.
